Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we prepare and pack your items within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Time
After your order leaves our facility, standard delivery within the continental United States takes 3–5 business days. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is typically 4–7 business days.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping is offered on all orders within our service area. There are no handling fees, fuel surcharges, or minimum order requirements.
Carriers
We work with reputable national and regional logistics carriers to deliver your order. The specific carrier is assigned at the time of shipment based on your delivery address, package size, and service availability. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your package is handed to the carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking status to update in the carrier’s system.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us at info@deervalleybathshop.com within 48 hours of the marked delivery time. We will work with the carrier to investigate.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. DeerValleyBathShop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@deervalleybathshop.com — we will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
