1. Limited Warranty Coverage
DeerValleyBathShop provides a 1-year limited warranty on eligible products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
The warranty period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier. This warranty applies to products shipped within the continental United States and purchased directly from our website.
2. What Is Covered
This limited warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Product malfunction under normal residential use
- Defective parts or components that fail due to a manufacturing issue
- Missing parts or components that are reported within 7 days of delivery
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement part, replacement product, or refund in accordance with this policy.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, tarnish, or mineral buildup
- Damage caused by improper installation, plumbing errors, or failure to follow product instructions
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or unauthorized modification
- Damage caused by harsh cleaning chemicals, abrasive tools, or improper maintenance
- Commercial or non-residential use
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect product function
- Shipping damage that is not reported within 48 hours of delivery, as stated in our Shipping Policy
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Our team will respond to warranty claims within 1 business day. Please do not return any product without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may delay or prevent claim processing.
5. Warranty Resolution
After reviewing your claim, we may:
- Send a replacement part or component
- Send a replacement product
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
If a replacement is approved, we will ship it free of charge within the continental United States. Replacement shipments are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
If a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 1–2 business days after approval. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Relationship to Our Return Policy
Our 30-day return policy and this 1-year limited warranty are separate programs.
- Within 30 calendar days of delivery, you may request a return or refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- After the 30-day return window, eligible manufacturing defects may still be covered under this Warranty Policy.
- If a defect is reported within the 30-day return window, you may choose either the return process or the warranty process. We will not process the same issue under both programs simultaneously.
7. Warranty Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is exclusive and is provided in place of all other warranties, whether express or implied. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
